I like how you can control how much red is on your lips and how soft my lips feel.

There are few products that I just have to have and this is one of them! I keep the Sangria for daytime in my purse. I use the nighttime every night before bed and every morning after I moisturize. My lips are never dry anymore, in fact my daughter asked if had my lips done! always smooth and never sticky. Love them!

Moisturizing - still gives you the benefit benefits of city lips gloss, and you can wear it to bed.

Love City Lips & love this plumping oil. I use it at night to soften my lips.

Although I love how this feels, I don’t feel like it plumps at all. Expected a similar experience as with the regular lip treatment, but just not as sticky.

Over the years I have purchased several lip products, and some have been good, but the Plumping Oil has been wonderful. I love the feel of it on my lips and the moisture that it brings. I find myself looking forward to putting it on because I know it will deliver. I feel the same about City Beauty’s lip glosses as well. They are fantastic.

The formula is SO SOFT on my 💋 and the scent is very subtle....this is my go to moisturizer every night!
