Absolutely horrible. I got this to help me fall asleep quicker and to be able to stay asleep. Not only it doesn’t help falling asleep at all but once I’m sleeping I have the worst nightmares!! 3 nights out of 3 I had such vivid, terrible nightmares that I jolted up and then I was unable to go back to sleep altogether. Not to mention that the serving size is 3 huge capsules and swallowing them isn’t easy either.
