I ditched all my plastic bowls and containers. Chose The viking 10 pc stainless bowl set because it offered all those different sizes and stacking them together uses less space in the cabinet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sharing initial impressions - I have not actually used the bowls yet. - They seem decent quality - The grip on bottom of the bowls seems great! - Nesting quality is nice and appreciate the different sizes. - All of the lids fit snuggly accept the 2nd largest bowl - that one is a bit loose. Dropping one star for this reason. I will follow other reviewers suggestions and not wash lids in dishwasher - to preserve their shape as long as possible. It also appears you get the best seal by pressing down in the center of the lid rather than around the edges. This forces out some of the air inside and seems to create a decent seal. Hoping to get many years of use out of these! I think bowls themselves will wear well, but have some concerns on longevity of lids. Time will tell!
The covers do not seal they are smaller from the top opening
Great sturdy mixing bowls that don’t slide on the counter. Great sale price.
This is a very nice heavyweight, high-end set of bolts the sizes are very versatile
Purchased as a wedding shower gift
It’s a nice set, buttt it’s not really dishwasher friendly. It leaves water stains and so it needs to be hand washed and dried immediately. Too much work for everyday use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed bowls that will not break as we had a 'glass explosion'. These bowls fit the bill perfectly and really like FOUR sizes plus a colander. A very nice addition to my busy kitchen!!
I was disappointed that a set of mixing bowls but you couldn't use a mixer with them! Only spatulas but nothing stainless steel, only non metal.
I love my bowls with lids. My friend wanted better mixing bowls than my cheap plastic ones. I wanted them to be red. These metal bowls with red bottoms are a perfect compromise for a cook and a lover of color. Thank you
