Wrong item .. difficult returns

I recd the wrong pajamas .. a zebra print instead of the muted cowboy theme depicted . Getting a refund without having to pay return shipping ( since it was Macy’s fault not just that I didn’t want them )was difficult and required being on multiple chats and then a phone call to resolve . Won’t bother ordering from Macys again because of the challenge of dealing with mistakes that do happen - they could make the solutions easier and free
