So far I haven’t noticed any difference, not that I know what to feel after taking these, but I have been consistent with the daily dose. It contains a lot of vitamins which is good for supplemental as well. Each bottle has 30 days supplies, the only downside is the serving size is 3 capsules! They are not hard to swallow and there’s no taste nor odor, but 3 is a lot imo! But so far they are good.
