Cole Haan Women's Josie Block Heel Sandals

I was very disappointed by the shoes Macy's mailed me. You can clearly tell it was one of the shoes they use for displaying. There were marks left under both bottom of the shoes from tearing off the stickers and it left these area sticky. One of the shoe back's insole has a little open edge and wrinkles on the surface. In the shoes, you can even see some dirt probably from customers trying it on in the past. I ended up returning the shoes, but it was very disappointing purchase experience with Macys. I'm surprise they will mail me a product in such condition.

The shoes were beautiful, comfortable and everything that I wanted except the fit. The toe area was shaped too narrowly and my toes went over the sides. I have a standard size 7 foot, perhaps slightly on the wide side. I'll be sending them back. Sad.

Comfortable and beautiful

Beautiful shoes, but I can only wear the shoes at short intervals due to the strap that crosses the toe box. A little snug but hopefully it stretches out somewhat.
