Hi, I purchased a pair of Coach heels from Macy’s, and I’ve only worn them about 2–3 times. Unfortunately, the bottom/sole has already started peeling off. I’m very disappointed because I expected better durability from a Coach shoe, especially with such minimal wear. I have photos showing the damage and can provide my order information/receipt. Could you please let me know if these can be considered defective and what options are available for a refund, exchange, replacement, or repair?

Wrong sz and they look used and have an adhesive on bottom sole which makes the shoe so uncomfortable cause it stinks to every step on floor as you walk
