I’ve been taking them in a consistent duration in looked up the benefits of the black seed oil, but I have not felt it. For taking them was OK it wasn’t hard take them as, like other tablet capsule supplements

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] so far, I’ve really enjoyed how convenient these Blackseed oil. Soft gels are compared to taking the oil itself. The soft gels are a good size and are pretty easy to swallow, plus I like that there isn’t a strong or unpleasant taste afterward. The bottle design is simple & easy to store, and you get a good quantity of 120 capsules in each bottle, so it lasts for a while, depending on how often you take them. I also really appreciate having Blackseed oil and soft gel form because it makes it so much easier to add to my daily routine without having measure anything out (which can be time consuming). So far, I’ve noticed results in my hair strength & texture, just from the few days of using them. I can’t wait to see the results in a month from now!
