What I’ve noticed by taking this daily and also applying it to my hair, is my hair feels, and looks healthier, ponytail is fuller , no more clumps of hair coming out in my hands. Some still sheds but it’s significantly less. Also, my hormones feel more regulated. I also use it on my hands for a little extra soothing protection from the winter weather. Only thing that I am confused about - the product is organic and the ingredients say they're organic and they have organic certification under the SFP, but the organic seal isn't anywhere. They don't want to advertise with the seal on the label? Benefits good, just some weird packaging

DOESN'T MIX WITH WATER. They mentioned it on the package that it doesnt, but still not impressed. wish they could make a product that mixes with everything since I don't drink anything but water
