It took a few nights to get used to the firmness. However, the pillow started to adjust to my head and neck, And, I am no longer sweating around my neck. May be a bit too firm but I'm satisfied,
They are way to hard and it was so hard to find pillow cases, even with the description the pillow cases won’t fit, had to have someone custom made a few of them
I bought this as a gift for this fall. Couldn't resist the price on sale. Always pleased with merchandise I receive from Macy's.

Excellent product, I love my pillows
This is some of the hardest pillows I’ve ever encountered. I feel like I am sleeping on rocks. One of the worse of feelings after sleeping on these, I expected it to full out but it never did
The pillows are a little too firm. First time I used them woke up with a migraine. Headache could not go to work.
