Worst experience.

I purchased this item and never received it. Initially, I believed the shipper was UPS. However, it seems Macy’s coordinated for the item to be handed off to USPS, who then delivered it to a P.O. Box. Unfortunately, I don’t have a P.O. Box. I contacted UPS, and they directed me to Macy’s because they claimed they didn’t have the USPS tracking number. When I reached Macy’s, they were unaware of my situation until I spoke with a supervisor. The supervisor informed me that my order was ineligible for reshipment, which is quite inconvenient since I don’t want to place a new order and endure the wait. I didn’t request reshipping, and despite this, Macy’s still refunded my order. Now, I’m forced to place another order. I hope this ordeal is worth it!

HORRIBLE!!

This is not a duvet it’s a sheet with 2 pillowcases. It’s so flat and disappointing. Was I suppose to buy the stuffing to put inside the cover??? It said it came with 8 ties to keep it in place and I received nothing! Definitely returning!!!! DO NOT BUY!
