I am speechless. This is the first time I've ever had an experience like this with Macy's and I buy a lot from Macy's. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the item I received was clearly not new. It appeared to have been opened before and even looked used with oily spots and an unclean surface. On top of that, the quality was very disappointing. In my opinion, it's worth no more than $20. I would recommend skipping this one and buying a different product instead.

Used the waffle maker the day I got it and: 1. The clip that keeps the unit closed fell off (although it was easy enough to put it back on) and 2. The temperature slider is very loose and doesn't inspire very much trust of how accurate the results will be without constant checking.

This is the second item I've ordered from Macy's for delivery (for wedding shower gifts). The first was a 14 piece mixing set I ordered from the registry, but it came in a badly damaged box, that had been taped and retaped. The bottom of the inside box (holding the bowls) just tore open when I took it out. The other gift I ordered was the waffle maker. It was also sent in a box that was so damaged I could not possibly give it as a gift. I returned both and will not order from Macy's again.

I love my waffle iron. It's the perfect size and works great

This waffle maker has been a lifesaver for breakfast at my house. It makes waffles incredibly fast and they turn out perfect. It saves so much time and effort!

I received as a gift a few Christmas's ago! It makes the best waffles which I make often! Toasts nice brown crunchy Belgian or stuffed waffles. So when they told me their waffle maker was on its last leg, I purchased this one for them! Everyone makes their own waffles whenever they want! It's compact and perfect for small kitchens as it hardly takes up any space in the kitchen or pantry!

I received this as a gift. I used it three times and a spring fell out of the handle. Hamilton Beach will replace it but I would have to pay shipping. I find this unacceptable when the product was less than two months old. I will have them replace it. My next one will have a different manufacturer.

I needed another Waffle-maker after not being able to clean my other Hamilton Beach Waffle-maker. After around 10 years of use, I hated to get rid of it because it still worked. I know I will love using my new one and I am thankful for great, well-made products…
