Caraway Stovetop Whistling Tea Kettle

First, I love caraway products. We have pans and baking sheets and refer people to purchase them. But we bought a tea kettle and I’ve been dismayed with it, since day 1. The aesthetics are lovely. But the design is flawed. The lid gets so suctioned tight that you cannot pull it out without actual muscle and wriggling it back and forth to get it to finally pull off. Then the biggest issue is the thumb press to open the spout is in the way, so when the lid finally ejects, the metal scratches the paint. So I usually try to just gently set the lid on top so I don’t have to start my daily tea with cursing. We also got browning on the side of the paint (we got the light teal) soon after use that doesn’t go away upon washing.

Nicest and most sturdy teapot ever

My lid is stuck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this beautiful kettle along with the matching cookware set. Admittedly, I’m not a huge tea fan so I rarely used the kettle. However, today I did try to use it and when trying to remove the lid, the knob broke off! Now it is totally useless because I can’t open it at all. How does this happen after only using less than 20 times?!

Fantastic, i loved

This is a great product. and if there are any issues the warranty take care of it. no problem

Love the whistling feature of this kettle! It also looks great on my stovetop!

I purchased the tea kettle about 9 months ago and I love it. It’s sturdy, keeps the water hot substantially longer than my last tea pot. In my opinion, good investment.

Simply in love!

Love the sleek adorable look and perfect small size for my apartment!
