Tart cosmetics is the only makeup brand that I shop, it's pretty much my holy Grail of makeup in general. I love this color because it is translucent but still gives you that really pretty pop of color and shine. Girl power!

I love this product! I first learned about it when my makeup artist used it on me during my wedding day, and Tulip was the perfect nude shade, so I had to buy my own immediately. I love how hydrating this lip plump is, which is great for the cooler, dry months. I'm not sure I notice much plumping effect, but there is a pleasant tingly sensation upon application.

This lip plump plumps your lips perfectly! You don’t get the heavy tingling of the other lip plumper. You get just enough to know that you have it on. Another must have item for my box.
