The glasses arrived broken, so an exciting engagement gift to my grandson was awful.I spent more time on the phone with you to resolve this. You promised to replace the gift, instead you sent a gift card, more time on the phone FIXING! I’ll never order online with you again.
I know this is a great product, but didnt arrive on time.
Absolutely beautiful
The glasses arrived to my dauther-in-law broken in their box!
These are so beautiful and elegant, the best way to enjoy champagne. Hand wash only and be careful, they are very fragile.
The flutes were beautiful however when they arrived they were BOTH BROKEN! Whoever packaged the flutes did not take the time to wrap them properly. They were an engagement gift and I was so disappointed to hear the condition they arrived in.
More beautiful in person!!
Purchased for a Wedding gift ….. wedding isn’t until June 5,2026
I gave these flutes as an Engagement Gift for my niece. They were much appreciated and we felt they were a perfect gift for the occasion. May they have many toasts to celebrate happy occasions in their new life.
The Waterford toasting champagne glasses are beautiful! So elegant! The couple loved them
