I bought Ryka Mary Janes 15 years ago for Jazzercise I recently returned to Jazzercise and specifically wanted new Ryka shoes. These did not disappoint. I do wear a custom orthotic and my regular size 8. I wish there were more color options.
Have been a fan of Devotion XT for Jazzercise for many years but decided to give Influence a try. Pivots well and gives firm support. Not as well cushioned but still good. As it turns out, I think both are very good for aerobics.
These are perfect shoes for Jazzercise. They are comfortable from the start! I always take out the insoles and replace them with quality insoles, as I have knee issues and have had plantar fasciitis in the past. I do this with all of my athletic shoes. I would love to have more color choices!
This is my favorite sneaker of all time and I bought it in white aswell. I love it. I wear it to the gym. I wear it for dress. They’re my favorite pair. I love the art support. I love the stability. I love how I can pivot in it during my class at the gym. It’s a 10 out of 10.
Fabulous fit and true to size. Good arch support and a slightly negative heel which is good for grip. And this shoe LOOKS GOOD! Not at all bulky - streamlined and trim which is good for my larger size 9 foot.
Yes Ryka sneakers/tennis shoes DON'T have the same QUALITY as they had 10 to 15 years ago.I have a pair 20 years old they are still comfortable. I have purchased 2 different types/pairs of Ryka sneakers they are not comfortable. It feels like I'm walking on cement. There is no cushion at all. I thought it was me. I see others are having the very same experience. I'm very Disappointed in RYKA. They don't seem to care. They spit out the same lines. We're glad you let us know and that's it. RYKA isn't saying we're going back to the drawing board to fix the problem, oh no.... We are going to continue to take your MONEY and apologize..... That's all!!
I have arthritis in my ankle and zumba class became difficult. I was wearing a walking/running shoe and it didn't allow smooth motion. The Ryka, with the pivot point allowed smoother motion and it's lightweight still provides support.
True to size, has good support, lightweight and comfortable right out of the box
I love these shoes!!!!!! I use them for training and they are so comfortable. I love them so much I sometimes wear them all day! They are not bulky and perfect for gym/weight training. I also have other sneakers from Ryka and love them as well! I only buy Ryka!
I have bought these before and use them for step class, but when I tried them this time, they didn’t feel the same. They don’t have much cuisine and they don’t last very long.
