Quality
I am very disappointed with the quality. It feels extremely cheap, is very lightweight, and one side became tilted after gently bumping into another object.

Take heed - ships in undisguised original box
Take heed! Product ships in its original box with no outer shipping box! Although shrink-wrapped in clear plastic for protection, it’s see-through! Frustrating for those of us trying to preserve a gift surprise, yet ever so convenient for porch pirates looking to steal quality merchandise. Mine is a gift yet to be given so I’m unable to rate the product itself.

rice sticks together
I make better rice in a saucepan. The rice sticks together when its done, even after thoroughly rinsing the rice before cooking. Also, you can't really use stock or broth. Seems to reduce to a gummy paste on top of the rice. Use only water. Very disappointed.

Just what I needed
Multi cookers are the way to go.. You can fix your meats in same pan and not have to dirty up but one when making soups, chili etc!! many other functions to play with. Wish there was a recipe book.
