I also have the Grape flavor. I like the Mixed Berry just a little bit more. I mix it with my homemade pre-workout - 1/2tsp HydrationUP, 1tsp beet powder, 1/2tsp citrulline. It works so well. I sweat so much, but it doesn't wear me out because of the extra hydration. The tub is a good size, and the quality is great. It doesn't have any iffy ingredients.

I liked this electrolyte drink mix. It has a pleasant taste and was really helpful in hot weather. It dissolves well and is easy to drink. The only downside is that it is sensitive to moisture, so the powder can clump up and harden over time.

Contains many vitamins and minerals. I use it daily and especially after a workout. I find it helps with leg cramps at night too along with magnesium. Comes in a small round tub that you can take with you. Mixes easy with water.
