I’ve tried a bunch of electrolyte mixes and most taste like soda mix. ReLyte Lemon Lime actually hydrates. It’s lightly sweet, a little salty (in a good way), and super clean. I drink 1 scoop in ~500–600 ml cold water first thing in the morning before coffee and I feel way less “dry” and foggy. Also solid on workout days—no weird stomach, no fake flavors. If you under-dilute it, the salt can taste strong, so more water = better. Mixes fine in a shaker.

my favorite electrolytes! please iherb carry the mango flavor! so I was very happy to finally find these on iherb, and was surprised that the proce was so much better. but when it arrived I saw that the packaging was tiny! but then I realized the serving size was the same! so thats great cuz i travel with these alot. less packaging, smaller price but same amount! yay! please carry the mango flavor!!

I love this electrolytes, I normally buy the mango flavor but it’s so hard to get that I decided to try this flavor and I LOVE it! I drink it in the morning in my lukewarm warm water with half a lemon and during my workout The taste is pleasant and it digests well. I feel hydrated .I subscribed !I hope they never run out of it

This is such a great electrolyte, also such a great compact size for travel, doesn’t come in one of those big bulky containers like the other electrolytes I’ve had previously. Also a nice small scoop for when you want to put into your water bottles. Great taste nothing artificial feeling.

This product checks my boxes for quality, ingredients, taste, size, and package. Good price too. Good electrolyte drink product for my fitness and workout routine. Helps with recovery and endurance and benefits my diet too. Flavor is pretty good as well. I will buy again. What else can I say about this, it’s nice!

As my review title suggests, I'm not really sure If i need this product. I can't tell any difference between taking it, or not. I wouldn't purchase it again because of this. Also because, this clumps up into a solid piece once you open it. And you will need to use a fork or spoon to break it up into smaller clumps. I leave it away from the sun and from humid places and it still clumps.

I used to get really bad splitting headaches after using the sauna as a side effect from losing salt and minerals through sweating. Since replenishing electrolytes during sauna, I have not had any headaches since.
