This broccoli extract formula really helps with alleviating my period pain. I’m 31 years old and have been suffering from serious period pain for 2 years due to adenomyosis. It helped improved the pain for the past 2 months so I’m stocking up. It doesn’t have any taste. Quality is good.

I just have to add that the description of the ingredients is different from what's written on this website. the ingredients in my bottle, first they are capsules. also only have vitamin C, truebroc, and white mustard seeds as ingredients.
