I used this brand for years. I was able to make it last until recently. The expiration date was still good! the taste is amazing when blended to make a vegan cheese. I often made my own mozerella for pizza or macaroni and cheese. The health benefits were comforting and delicious.
Great taste, a good cheese substitute for vegans. I used it on almost everything, steamed vegetables, fish, chicken, rice, sandwiches, salads, popcorn…… I do not use that much salt to season the food after sprinkling the nutritional yeast. It definitely adds flavors to the food, nutritional yeast is also very nutritious, vitamin B is very important to the body, essential to brain function, cell metabolism, and energy level. Price is reasonable. Good quality!

We use it for French toast, on popcorn, to make a mixture that coats the tofu, to make vegan cheese sauce, on tofu scramble… it is wonderful! Kids love it sprinkled on top of popcorn too.
