The quality is not as thick as the previous coco aminos i bought. No soya ingredient. Tase is not as sweet as other aminos i have used. I wish they have bigger size available. It was in a very secure package when shipped. Overall it was a very good product.
I've used coconut aminos for years after I had to eliminate soy sauce and tamari for a while. I always bought another brand, and I really liked it. It became my go-to instead of tamari. One day I found myself with the tiniest amount and needed some for dinner. I went online and found this brand at Whole Foods and decided to try it. Wow, what great flavor this has. It's thicker than the one I had been using, and it has a nice balance of sweet and salty. It's almost smoky with a really nice body to it. I've found my new favorite with this one.

Kevala coconut aminos are a delicious seasoning that we add to so many dishes for that savoury depth. It’s more mild than normal soy sauce and has a more complex flavor. You can even water it down more if you want it less salty and put it in a spray bottle to lightly dress salad instead of using table salt. Highly recommend!
