I have used this brand of Coconut Aminos on and off for years and had a craving for it again. I like it because unlike Bragg's liquid aminos its not high in sodium. I'm very sensitive to high levels of salt and with Bragg's it will cause me to have headaches if I consume too much. With Coconut liquid aminos I don't have any bad reactions. Always a great go to the quality is still great.
