I've only been taking these for a little over a month, but they have already made a positive improvement to the knee pain I have from an old injury. Packaging is easy to open. The capsules are somewhat large, but easy to swallow and have no taste. A high-quality product, would purchase again.
High quality active ingredient, at my age I am starting to notice joint pain, swelling, redness, and discomfort. I have been taking these for 8 months and in that time, I have forgotten that I ever even had joint pain. I do notice if I have run out and have gone 3 days without, the swelling and stiffness return. Will be staying on this it’s wonderful!
Tried NOW BioCell Collagen type II for joint stiffness. 2 caps twice daily as directed. Easy capsules, no taste. After a month my knees feel less stiff in the morning. Also a small improvement in skin dryness. This is cartilage-type collagen with HA and chondroitin, not regular beauty collagen. Bottle lasts 30 days at the full dose. Will buy again.
