Until autumn, another joint support supplement, Schiff, Move Free was working enough; but as winter has begun, I felt pain with my knees when climbing up the hill, in around October to November! So I re-started this supplement as before; then, any joint-pains didn't occur at the same place!
I will definetly buy a second one and continuing using it. I am feeling my joints less sore during the day, hope it's really helping with my chondromalacia. It is a bit big to swallow, but the quality looks good. Also for the quantity of mg of each ingredient is a good value.
