These are NOT anchovies, but sardines. I was so disappointed.
I enjoy clean fast melting fragrant in Olive Oil anchovies-My base for any dish needing a briny, salty start. I add to escargot butter, Linguine clams, garlic, Paella, YUMMY.

These are some of the tastiest Sardines I've eaten, right size, right texture, great taste, easy to use / eat right out of the easy open can. Simple ingredients with little need to mask the flavor by adding anything, you know it's quality seafood that smells fresh and has fresh composition, great for my diet and beneficial for my health. Perfect size package.

When it comes to sardines or anchovies, they are both good. On a day when I eat these I don't need to take fish oil or astaxanthin. The oil is extra virgin olive oil which is good, and, I fancy that it is helping to preserve them. This is something you can always order an extra something besides anything else you're ordering because it's an in expensive purchase. So it is on my list of regular purchase items...either the anchovies or the sardines.
These are not your typical anchovies, these are fresh with a nice clean taste. Excellent on rice, in a ramen bowl, or Charcruterie board. The health benefits of eating just 1 can a week are incredible. So much more affordable than other brands
