Replacing just 100g of regular noodles in Shirataki Konjac Pasta reduces 140 calories! They have neutral taste, and a soft chewy texture. Very tasty in stir fry.
Pack Size for 2-3 peoples, kids like them, I prefer more soft and less gummy, but in the end we’re fine considering we are on AIP elimination and there are not so many options. We combined them with coconut aminos instead of soy. I will buy also the other ones, tgese were fettuccini style. Have good ingredients, AIP compliant. Good quality too.
These are one of the best finds ever! Imagine having a big bowl of fettuccine Alfredo with hardly any carbs or gluten. Yes, it’s true and it is delicious. This ingredient can be used in any pasta recipe and the package size is a large helping. To use, rinse throughly and use instead of wheat pasta.
Great product. If you are counting calories, this is the product for you. Fantastic ingredient and neutral flavor to create your favorite low cal dishes.
Not bad but I didn’t like thr feeling chewing it
Love these gluten-free, soy free noodles, konjac noodles. They are quick and easy to prepare. Equally good in soups or with pasta sauces. Good texture and delicious.
Miracle Noodle Fettuccine Style comes in a 7 oz (200 g) package and is simple to prepare for quick meals. The noodles have a light, smooth texture and work well in a variety of dishes. I appreciate the practical packaging and ease of use, making them a convenient option for everyday cooking. Overall, this is a well-made, versatile noodle product that’s easy to incorporate into meals.
Of course iherb raised the price of these Miracle Noodles items by quite a ibt, but I still have to have this low calorie item and it is also high in fiber. Not much choice but to accept the higher price.
