I love that it has B12 and folate, and it even has vitamin c to help with absorption. Top notch ingredient list. Capsule size is small and this supplement improved my bloodwork after I was diagnosed with anemia. There’s no taste, no uncomfortable side effects, and it only needs to be taken once per day.

I'm anemic and was prescribed ferrous gluconate. Some times I forget to take it and I get dizzy. It takes 4 to 5 days of ferrous gluconate before I feel better, normal if you will. After changing to this, I feel better the next day - I think it absorbs easier by my system. I don't notice any constipation from this. Repurchasing this now
