I take this iron with food and find it easier on my stomach than other brands. The dosage is clear and easy to follow. It works well when used consistently. A gentle option for iron support.
This is great quality iron in small size capsules with no taste. It causes absolutely no stomach problems and is very efficiently absorbed. It appears to quickly raise iron levels, but there are some reports that once liposomal iron is stopped then iron levels return to baseline. Still this option is worth a try if the glycinate form is not tolerated...this one is fumarate and comes with some added vitamin C to aid iron function. However, it is a bit pricey for just 30 capsules.

Easy to use, love that it already has vitamin C in it to help with absorption. Doesn't have the side affects other iron tablets have. (I take it at night before bed on empty stomach).
its good, had to start with half - ooened and took half out as still kinda upsets stomach a bit,then tolerance buikds. still much better than other iron.
