I have been taking this to slow bone loss. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I do not know if there has been improvement in bone density. I will have a scan in about 6 months to find out. I've read about the benefit of MBP and hopeful it helps.
This contains MBP which is the one which helps bones to increase its density because it slows down the death of the old bones while our new bones are being generated. There is research paper on this topic. My bone density has improved since I took this together with a food grade calcium.
After extensive research on supplements to reverse Osteoporosis naturally without medication (with very scary side effects!) MBP Bone Renew comes out on top for quality and what it actually does, without the serious side effects of Calcium supplements. The capsule is nice and small for anyone who has issues taking large capsules. I have been taking MBP Bone Renew for a few months now and don't have actual data, like another DEXA scan to measure results, but when I do, I will post another review. Until then, I feel they are probably helping, so I'm going to keep taking them.

Excellent for health support! I incorporated this supplement into my daily routine. A couple months later, my levels of health improved significantly. I use it in cycles - four months on, one month off.
Using these as an experiment for my bones for the next year. Easy to take, however it would be good to be able to purchase larger bottles as I need to take these potentially long term.
packages have shown up early. works well. smaller casuals are a good size, making them easier to throw back in the morning they don't sit in the throat long enough to taste the ingredients. good quality, yet to have a busted capsule. good size container with cotton wadding.
