Taste really good, I was enthused. quality is very good, bag kept it fresh and I enjoyed snacking on it. I do a low sugar diet and this worked out for me. it seems sweet but the sugar content isn't bad at all.

At first try, the composition of this snack seems a bit strange. The middle layer of sesame and pumpkin seed is crunchy and textured like a nut bar, while the seaweed layers on the outside provide a contrasting delicate flaky crispness. While the middle is sweet and nutty, the seaweed and kelp powder has just a bit mild and plain seaweed-y taste, not like seaweed sheet snacks roasted with oil and salt. One package is a decent size and enough for two servings. The pumpkin version is similar to almond version. These snacks have grown on me, and I will throw them in my rotation of seaweed snacks.
I really love these seaweed crisps! I use it as a snack for my kids to school and I personally snack on them too. It tastes a bit sweet. Love the simple ingredient and it’s a great way to include nori and pumpkin seeds. Wish they can have more flavors and nut free ones so the kids can bring to school. Package is resealable.
