Excellent!! An essential amino acid for the body. Being a vegetarian I take it as a supplement to combat anemia and have a better absorption of calcium. My cat is prone to have watery eyes, so I bought this for her. When she starts squinting one of her eye and it gets watery, I will feed her one capsule a day. I open up the capsule and sprinkle it all over the wet food and blend them. Usually, after a few days, her eyes will get better and I can stop adding lysine into her diet! Overall, really good stuff!
