This product gives me clean, amazing energy in the mornings! I'm a vegetarian and have very little to no carnitine in my diet, so this product is a great supplement. It makes me more awake than coffee, but zero jitters or anxiety. I can eat it on an empty stomach without problems, but it still works if I do eat breakfast. Great price
