I love Jovial gluten free rice pasta! this shape cooks up well too. I think I was expecting angel hair thinness and it’s thicker than that but still a fun change from spaghetti. It’s very high quality pasta that I can’t go back from now that I’ve tasted it. Other GF pasta doesn’t compare. I also like the fact that the only ingredient is rice, and like it more than Jovial’s cassava-based one.
This is a great brand if you need to avoid wheat pasta &/or gluten. All of their rice pastas are a pretty good texture and consistency. my only issue with the each variety I've tried is it takes longer to cook than the specified cook time, but that may just be my experience and doesn't detract from the pasta, overall.
