It’s good and kind of healthy I think. I only boiled the water , toss in . Lid on for 5 min ish . It’s ready to eat ! First time I made with 3 colors of bell peppers and celery , mushrooms, garlic and chill with salt and black pepper as seasoning. Second time I used 3 colors bell peppers and carrots and cauliflower, salmon , used some herbs and salt as seasoning.

Very east to cook, only takes a few minutes. Quite tasty. So far I’ve only used it once with chilli tuna, the results were a great success. I bought when it was on offer, and so was good value at the time.

Honestly one of the best healthy pasta alternatives I’ve tried. High in protein, filling, and tastes much better than expected. Works really well with creamy sauces and keeps me full for hours. Perfect for fitness and healthy eating goals.

The ingredients and quality is great and the taste is not that great but you can make it better if you add a tasty sauce with it 👌🏾

I was so afraid this would be mushy but the texture is actually amazing, correct level of chewiness and softness. I cook this in my soup and it still holds its firmness, I am absolutely amazed. Tastes and smells delicious - nutty and warm, very comforting. I cannot wait to try more from this brand, what a successful surprise!

I like that this fettuccine has the slippery noodle texture and taste of the 'real' pasta, and it doesn't fall apart like gluten-free pastas often do. I've been using it in 2 very different recipes and it works great for both. One package makes a lot of servings.
