My tiredness gone within a second after having this pre workout and there's a quite change in my workout too. You never feel tired for 4-5hrs after drinking this powder. But keep in mind never drink this pre workout after 5pm evening because you can't sleep at night due to high amount of caffeine.Extremely satisfied with this product and will order more in the future.

Optimum nutrition is a good brand, but this product is not one of the “crown” products. It is not bad or anything, but it has nothing special about it. It is a mild plus preworkout. Not mild but not strong. If you are used to taking preworkouts I am not sure you would feel anything.
