Powerful supplement for a pre workout routine. Taste of orange crush can be too sweet with dosage and frequency of 1 small cup prior to workout, so used half of it. I had mixed experiences with Kaged’s Pre-Workout. Sometimes it worked great, while other times it didn’t provide the expected boost, so it isn’t my go-to pre-workout supplement. However, I highly recommend their Sports Pre-Workout, which is phenomenal for intra-training or aerobic activities. Kaged is an excellent brand overall, and while this particular pre-workout didn’t work out great for me, I know it's a favorite among many users. It’s worth trying for those looking to enhance their performance during workouts.
