I find these are the best of all I've tried for their potential to support the "reasons for purchase as mentioned in the product title". I have to word this carefully or my review won't get published! I have used this brand for years and, despite not always having the opportunity to eat as well as one is often advised to, having these as part of my routine has, I feel, been very effective. They are palatable and convenient and have a wide number of ingredients covering any potential gaps in my intake. Would recommend.
