Let's see if this powder form works as well as the pill for me. It's a little less convenient but it's cheaper and without any fillers. I'll come back to tell if it is any good. Thumbs up!
This is a high-quality magnesium powder that mixes easily and tastes clean. I combine it with Pine Bark Extract and Citrulline for better cardiovascular support, and the results have been excellent. he quality of the powder is good and it does what it should, but honestly the taste is very unpleasant. Unlike calcium creatine or collagen powders that mix more smoothly, this has a strange, bitter flavor that makes it hard to take regularly. Personally, I’d recommend the tablet form instead — much easier to stick with. Other than that, no complaints.
Read this magnesium powder aids with sleep quality but so far I haven't seen much benefits. Maybe I haven't used it enough but I was hoping this could change things. The package size is large and there is a decent amount of product. Taste takes some getting used to but not too bad. Hope to see results soon.
