The packaging was intact upon arrival, and the ingredients seemed safe. However, the size is a bit larger than I expected, requiring more water to swallow. I've been taking it for a few days now, but haven't noticed any significant effects yet. I may need to continue taking it long-term to observe the effects.
Very good size capsule and quality Krill Oil with good ingredients like Phospholipid. I take this for joint inflammation issues and dry skin, both conditions improve after 3 weeks, and will continue for longer.
Honestly, I bought it because of the vagus nerve issue and because it contains astaxanthin, which is considered the strongest antioxidant (6000 times stronger than vitamin C and the only one that can penetrate the brain). It plays an effective role in calming this nerve, thus relieving the symptoms of stomach ailments, enteritis, vagus nerve problems, and similar issues. Krill oil is one of the best types of omega-3. I used it for a long time and saw a difference, but honestly, it wasn't a huge difference for its price, so I don't know if I'll buy it again. The quality is average. All the ingredients are safe, and I didn't experience any allergic reactions. It has a long shelf life and lasted me a long time. There's no smell; on the contrary, it tastes and smells good.
