Because of my advanced age, I make sure to include DHA-rich Omega-3 in my diet, which is essential for optimal brain function: supporting memory, attention, focus, cognitive performance, and social engagement. Unfortunately, when choosing this product, I didn't see that it was in ethyl ester form, which is less effective than triglyceride form. I think it will definitely provide some health benefits, and I hope so!
