No added ingredients, I use potato starch in lieu of corn startch as a thickening agent. The size is convenient but the package does not come with a seal, so once you open it you have to use a rubber band. Not a big issue
Frontier has the best product, and I love that they're organic. Great taste and always fresh herbs. Love this potato starch, and great for gluten free baking.
’ve been using Frontier Co-op’s Organic Potato Starch for a while now, and it’s easily my go-to thickener. It’s completely flavorless, mixes smoothly without clumping, and creates an amazingly light, crispy coating when baking or frying. It is a bit pricier than standard cornstarch and the bag can be tricky to reseal, but the organic quality and consistent results make it well worth transferring to a jar. Highly recommend!
This potato starch is excellent for cooking or using as a dietary supplement. I like that it is organic. It is a good value. I recommend.
It smells a little like onion, which I was not expecting, but it doesn't bother me. Mixes easily in water, has very little taste. The health benefits of resistant starch like potato starch are becoming more well-known all the time.
t has a super fine, smooth texture that blends perfectly into flour mixes, giving my cakes and muffins a much lighter, fluffier crumb. I also love using it as a thickener for sauces and gravies—it creates a clear, glossy finish without the "floury" taste you get with cornstarch.
I usually use this corn starch to thicken sauce. Last night I made chicken karaage. It came out crispy outside and juicy inside. Price migh be little bit higher than other brands, but quality is really good.
