I use this as part of my regime to help fight off my neuropathy pain and I must say along with other B vitamins and R-Lipoic Acid that after several months I'm finally getting some relief as well as lower blood sugar. Also eating a healthier diet and avoiding sugars as best I can. I think all these together are helping me and this product is a big part. Make sure you have R-lipoic acid and Befotiamine included.

I also mega-dose B9 and B12, which are from a different brand. I stopped buying their B complex because the amount of P5P was less than half. I do not plan to buy any B-complex supplements, as taking them individually is better. It has been two months, but the red spot on my face still remains.
