I decided to try this product because of all the benefits I found out in my research. it has a comprehensive omega 3, 6, 7, 9 profile which is rare,. it is said to have many benefits, including anti cancer, gut health, brain health, skin and beauty, enhanced mood. plus the omegas gave a better shelf life than fish oils which quickly go rancid. you get a 2 month supply in the bottle, so it's not a bad price and gives time to see improvements. I'm excited to keep using this product
