Bromelain, 500 mg (2,400 GDU/g), 120 Veg Capsules

I purchased this product for anti inflammation. I take it with turmeric and it has worked well in this combination. This brand is one that I have used in the past and have had good experiences with. I’ve tried a few brands of these this one’s my favorite. I love the size of the bottle. These pills are a little on the larger size, but easy to swallow still. There’s no weird aftertaste and they seem to be doing their job for what I need them to do. This will be our third month on them and I’m ordering another bottle right now.

I wanted to try this supplement to help with joint pain. The size of the capsule is medium but manageable to swallow and the one pill dosage is a plus. It doesn't have a taste or smell which is also good. I hope to see the benefits of this as time goes by.
