I've been using an organic inulin to make goat yogurt. I switched to this chicory root inulin and my yogurt is much firmer and the whey much clearer with less bits of yogurt floating in it. I'll continue to use this product.
I mix it with live yogurt, seeds, grains and oat.Helps the bowel movement a lot.Great for breakfast!
I like this brand. I heard it's good for constipation because it's high in fiber, so I bought it in powder form to try!
I experienced slight constipation while switching from psyllium to inulin, but it soon became comfortable. I like the slightly sweet taste.
It stuck all over the outside of the pouch. I had a hard time wiping it off. The particles are fine, and it's sweet. It tastes even better when mixed into a grain shake in the morning.
Product seems to work well and for a good price.
The expectation was that it would increase the amount of nutrients absorbed by the body. And I have felt better. Excellent product.
this powder is wonderful. I put it in my morning greenery drink and makes it taste better. A, not overpowering, sweetness ! love it.
A very good quality inulin, at a very reasonable price. Just what my gut and my wallet needed. Aside from being slightly sweet, it does not have any undesirable aftertaste. Will buy again.
