Bob's Red Mill I consider the best but the bag they have with this flour will keep anything out that you need kept out. It's like a Velcro type and it seals up the bag impressively.

This is a versatile flour that can be used for everything from cookies and cakes to bread. In Japan, it's called medium-strength flour. I mainly bought it for bread making, and the dough comes together well, and perhaps because of its slightly coarse texture, the flavor of the finished product is quite good.
