Magnesium Taurate, 240 Capsules (500 mg per Capsule)

Similar to glycinate but more heart healthy and anti anxiety version of magnesium. It's great.

I compared different options when I bought this one, and it seems to offer relatively good value for money among magnesium taurine products. It's also a new product, so I'll consider acetylated magnesium taurine in the future.

"Magnesium taurate is one of the best bioavailable forms when you need to combine nervous system support with muscle relaxation. I often recommend this form to people with high levels of stress or chronic muscle fatigue."

High-quality magnesium taurate, excellent for supporting both the nervous system and heart. The capsules are standard and flavorless. The formulation is pure, with no unnecessary chemical additives. The relaxing and heart rhythm-normalizing effects come on gradually. The bottle is large, the dosage is good, and the product is completely worth the price.

Would Buy Again I’m happy with Micro Ingredients' Magnesium Taurate, both the product and the packaging. The capsules are convenient, and the 240-count bottle is a definite plus.

I heard that different types of magnesium have specialized benefits for joints, sleep, muscles, the heart, etc., and I purchased this specifically because I heard that taurate is good for the cardiovascular system and blood pressure. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I plan to take them consistently.

The quality is excellent, the ingredients are very good, and it's one of the best high-quality magnesium supplements.

Murat Numagni is a good quality, excellent dosage for those with heart problems.

I got a lot of benefit as per muscle and joint. High quality and pure ingredient.

Great I am doing a lot of sport and this product jelps me to relax tight muscles
