The number of capsules is good, however, they are enormous and difficult to swallow; anyone who has difficulty swallowing should reconsider. The ingredients are of good quality.
"Everyday" is a better description than "Ultra " Lots of useless Magnesium Oxide here. "Ultra" should mean Magnesium Glycinate, Threonate, Malate, Taurate. Oxide and Citrate are useful for constipation but not as great sources of magnesium.
This does work. You can tell it's working, I just don't like all the extra additives in it.

I bought this mainly to offset constipation but this is a compilation of more types of magnesium than I need, and not enough oxide or citrate as I need.
The 300 mg strength is what first made this Magnesium Ultra stand out while I was comparing Vitacost options.
