The packing not so great because whenever I opened it the powder dispersed into the air….its a little wasted and sometimes I breathe it in….a little choking….better if it’s in a bottle … Great for the morning before I have my breakfast. Usually I will wait 30mins after the drink before my breakfast….great for overall health improvement!
